ALMOND MILK 

Blend the following ingredients in a blender until creamy: 
  • 2/3 cup blanched almonds
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • Add and blend: 
  • 1 ¼ cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
Then add: 
  • 2 cups water
Mix well and refrigerate. Shake before serving.
