- BEET PATTIES
Put the following ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy:
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup pecans
- 1 ½ cup water
- 1 T. mock seasoning (optional)
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- ¾ tsp. basil
- ¾ tsp. garlic salt
- ½ tsp. celery salt
- 3/8 tsp. marjoram
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
- 3 medium cooked beets
Add into the bowl:
- 2 ½ cups of quick oats
Add the liquid ingredients to the bowl and mix together. Let this sit for about 10-15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place a piece of parchment paper on your casserole dish/cookie sheet and shape patty mixture into patties and bake for 30 minutes, flip and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until firm.
