BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
In large bowl:
Mix well. Shape into muffins by rolling above mixture into 14 little round balls. *
There is no baking powder or soda, so they will bake the way you shape them.
Put them in a muffin pan lined with muffin cups. Bake at 350֯F. for 30 minutes.
*Note: If hands are too sticky while shaping muffins, wash and rinse in cold water—shake
well, but don’t dry, and it is easier to shape muffins.

- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 2 ½ cups quick oats
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup oil or ½ cup olives blended
- 1 cup applesauce
