​Preheat oven to 325°

Sift the first four ingredients into a bowl, then add the remaining two and mix together:
  • ½ cup brown rice flour
  • ½ cup sorghum flour
  • ½ cup pastry flour
  • ½ cup carob powder
  • 1 tsp. Ener-g baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
In a blender add the following ingredients and add to dry ingredients:
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1/3 cup of olives
  • 1/3 cup of soy milk
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
Using a hand mixer, add enough water or soy milk to make a cake-like consistency.
Put into a parchment lined pie plate or square casserole dish.
Bake for 30 or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
