CAROB NUT BROWNIES
Preheat oven to 325°.

Put into a parchment lined pie plate or square casserole dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.

- 1 ¼ cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 – ½ cup soy milk or nut milk
- ½ cup almond butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- ¼ tsp. salt
When mixed well, about 10 minutes, add:
- ½ cup carob powder, mixing again
Then fold in:
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Put into a parchment lined pie plate or square casserole dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
