Cashew-Pimento “Cheese” Sauce​

​Blend in a blender till creamy, about 1 minute:
     • 1 cup raw cashews, boiled
     • 1 cup water
     • 2 T. raw sesame seeds, unhulled

Then add:
     • 1 cup water
Add and blend:
     • 4 oz. jar of pimientos (not pickled) or 1/3 cup chopped sweet red pepper
     • 3/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
     • 1 tsp. onion salt
     • ¾ tsp. salt
     • ½ tsp. garlic salt
     • ¼ tsp. celery salt

Last add and blend briefly:
     • 2 T. lemon juice
You can add a little nuttier flavor by heating on the stove.
