- 1 cup water
- ½ cup cooked butternut squash
- 3/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- ¾ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. garlic salt
- ¼ tsp. celery salt
