​Cashew-Squash “Cheese” Sauce

Blend in a blender till creamy, about 1 minute:
  • 1 cup raw cashews, boiled
  • 1 cup water
  •  2 T. raw sesame seeds, unhulled
Then add:
  • 1 cup water
Add and blend:
  • ½ cup cooked butternut squash
  • 3/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. garlic salt
  • ¼ tsp. celery salt

Last add and blend briefly:
  • 2 T. lemon juice

You can add a little nuttier flavor by heating on the stove.
