Creamy Nut Salad Dressing
Presoak the following for a few hours:
• 2 T. pumpkin seeds
• 10 brazil nuts
Then drain and put in a blender with the rest of the ingredients.
• 1 cup water
• ¼ cup of cooked carrots
• ¼ cup tahini
• 3 T. lemon juice
• 3 tsp. nutritional yeast
• 2 tsp. onion powder
• 1 ½ tsp. honey
• ¾ tsp. salt or to taste
• ½ tsp. garlic powder
Put in a container of your choice and then add:
• ½ tsp. basil
• ¼ tsp. oregano
Once refrigerated, it will thicken. If you want it thinner add a little to consistency.
