Soak 3 T. onion flakes for 10 minutes.
Sauté the following ingredients in a fry pan for 3 minutes:
  • 1 zucchini diced into small pieces
  • ½ yellow pepper diced into small pieces
  • 2-3 T. water
  • the soaked onion flakes
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • Pinch salt
Set aside.
Place the following ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy:
  • ½ cube of water packed tofu
  • ¼ cup soy milk
  • 2 T. corn or sorghum flour
  • 1 T. cornstarch or arrowroot powder
  • 1 tsp. mock seasoning
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. nutritional yeast flakes
  • ½ tsp. minced garlic (heaping)
Combine with the sauté mixture and pour into two parchment lined pie plates.
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.
