Soak 3 T. onion flakes for 10 minutes.
Sauté the following ingredients in a fry pan for 3 minutes:
Place the following ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy:
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.

Sauté the following ingredients in a fry pan for 3 minutes:
- 1 zucchini diced into small pieces
- ½ yellow pepper diced into small pieces
- 2-3 T. water
- the soaked onion flakes
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- Pinch salt
Place the following ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy:
- ½ cube of water packed tofu
- ¼ cup soy milk
- 2 T. corn or sorghum flour
- 1 T. cornstarch or arrowroot powder
- 1 tsp. mock seasoning
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. nutritional yeast flakes
- ½ tsp. minced garlic (heaping)
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.
