HEALTHY TOFU SCRAMBLE
Crumble:
Push the tofu to the sides.
Then add and cook until tender:

- 1 lb. of drained water pack tofu into a frying pan.
- ¼ cup water
- 1 T. dried chives
- 1 T. dried onion flakes
- 1 tsp. dried minced garlic
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- ½ tsp. oregano
- ½ tsp. sea salt
Push the tofu to the sides.
Then add and cook until tender:
- ½ chopped red pepper
- 2 medium chopped tomatoes
- 1 ½ T. Olive Oil
- ¾ T. dried parsley
