HEALTHY TOFU SCRAMBLE

Crumble:
  • 1 lb. of drained water pack tofu into a frying pan.
Then add the following ingredients:
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 T. dried chives
  • 1 T. dried onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. dried minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
Cook on medium-low heat until dry.
Push the tofu to the sides.
Then add and cook until tender:
  • ½ chopped red pepper
Add and cook for 2 minutes:
  • 2 medium chopped tomatoes
Last, add before you serve:
  • 1 ½ T. Olive Oil
  • ¾ T. dried parsley
