LASAGNA
 
Place by layers in a 13 x 9 x 2 dish: 
  • 2 ½ cups favorite tomato sauce 
  • Uncooked Lasagna noodles
  • Tofu Cottage Cheese
  • Walnut wheat crumbles 
  • Cheese sauce or Daiya Shreds

Layer 3 times and finish with a top layer of lasagna noodles and sauce. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and then top with cheese and bake in a 
350° preheated oven for 45 minutes.

TOFU COTTAGE CHEESE 

Squeeze out 1 cube of water packed tofu and place in a bowl.

Add the following ingredients to the bowl and mash together. 
  • 1/3 cup tofu mayonnaise
  • 1 T. Nutritional yeast
  • ¾ tsp. sea salt
  • 1 ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder

Refrigerate until ready to use.
