LASAGNA
Place by layers in a 13 x 9 x 2 dish:
Layer 3 times and finish with a top layer of lasagna noodles and sauce. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and then top with cheese and bake in a
350° preheated oven for 45 minutes.

TOFU COTTAGE CHEESE
Squeeze out 1 cube of water packed tofu and place in a bowl.
Add the following ingredients to the bowl and mash together.
Refrigerate until ready to use.

- 2 ½ cups favorite tomato sauce
- Uncooked Lasagna noodles
- Tofu Cottage Cheese
- Walnut wheat crumbles
- Cheese sauce or Daiya Shreds

- ¾ tsp. sea salt
