MILLET CREAM (FOR BANANA SPLITS)
Put the following in a saucepan and bring to a boil:
After it boils, cover and lower to a simmer for 50 minutes.
Then in a blender, blend the following ingredients:
Then add: 1 cup of cooked millet and blend until smooth.
(The millet should be hot when you put it in the blender)
Last Add:
Chill in a refrigerator until ready to use.
**Another option is to put a layer of granola in a casserole dish, then a layer of sliced
bananas over that. Pour the millet cream over the top and chill until ready to use. (You
will need 2 recipes of the millet cream for this one)

- 3 cups of water
- ¼ tsp. of salt

- 1 cup of pineapple juice
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla
- ¼ tsp. of salt
Then add: 1 cup of cooked millet and blend until smooth.

Last Add:
- ½ tsp. lemon zest
Chill in a refrigerator until ready to use.
