MILLET MILK 

Blend the following ingredients in a blender until creamy: 
  • ¼ cup raw cashews or blanched almonds (rinsed in hot water)
  • ½ cup cooked millet
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Add and blend: 
  • 1 ¼ cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • Then add: 
  • 2 cups water
Mix well and refrigerate. Shake before serving.
