MOCKZARELLA CHEESE 2 

Blend the following ingredients until creamy: 
  • 1 cup cashews (cashews, soaked overnight)
  • 2 cups of water (reserve 1 cup for agar)
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 3 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

HOW TO PREPARE THE AGAR. 
Put the cup of reserved water in a small pot and add: 
  • 4 teaspoons of agar agar

Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes (stirring 
constantly), when it thickens it is ready.

Add it to the blender mixture and blend for a few minutes.

Put the mixture in a container (a loaf pan works well) and refrigerate for a few hours until 
it is firm. 

This can be frozen, and then grated for pizza, lasagna, etc.
