NUT FRENCH TOAST 

Blend in a blender until creamy: 
  • ½ cup of raw almonds
  • ¼ cup of rinsed or boiled cashews
  • ¾ cup water

Add and blend: 
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 tsp. arrowroot powder
  • ½ tsp. salt

Dip whole wheat bread slices in nut batter and place on a parchment lined casserole dish 
or cookie sheet.

Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes, turn and then bake for an additional 10 
minutes.
