PECAN PATTIES
Blend in a blender until creamy:

Add into the bowl:
Use your hands to gently mix the quinoa and oats together.
Add the liquid ingredients to the bowl and mix together.
Let this sit for about 10-15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease your casserole dish/cookie sheet with lecithin slicker.
Shape patty mixture into burgers and bake for 30 minutes, flip and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until firm.

- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 1 ½ cup water

- 1 T. dried garlic granules
- 2 T. tahini
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- ½ tsp. sage
- ¼ tsp. celery salt

- Put 2 cups of cooked quinoa in a medium to large bowl.
Add into the bowl:
- 2 ½ cups of quick oats
