- POTATO SALAD
Combine the following in a large bowl:- 8-10 large boiled potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped fine
- 1 recipe of ranch dressing (below)
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- ½ tsp. garlic granules
- Salt to taste
- 1 recipe of Scramble Tofu (below)

Scrambled Tofu
Combine in a frying pan:- 1 cube of fresh water packed tofu – drain and crumbled
- 2-3 tbsp. mock chicken seasoning
- ½ tsp. garlic salt
- ½ tsp. onion salt
- 1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric (optional for yellow coloring)
- 1/3 cup water

Ranch Dressing
Use on recipe of Tofu Mayonnaise provided at the Seminar.
Combine the following in a blender and blend until well mixed: 1 recipe of tofu mayonnaise
2 ½ tsp. dill weed
1 ½ tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. dried parsley
Just a dash of salt
2/8 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. lemon juice - ¾ - 1 cup of soymilk
