SCALLOPED POTATOES
Blend in a blender until creamy:
Cover and bake at 375° for 30 minutes, then remove cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

- 1 cup of raw cashews
- 1 cup of water
- 2 teaspoons mock chicken seasoning
- 2 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoons arrowroot powder (cornstarch works as well)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 ½ cups of water
- 1 ½ cups of water
- 8 medium to large potatoes
- 1 diced onion
