Sesame-Flax French Toast
Place the following ingredients together in a blender until very smooth:
Pour this into a shallow bowl, (a pie plate works great for this).
Dip slices into the milk mixture, turning slices to coat both sides.
Brown both sides on a griddle, heated to 225°-250°. You can also bake these in the oven. Bake
until golden brown.

- 1 ½ cups soy, cashew or almond milk
- 1 Tbs. unhulled sesame seeds
- 1 Tbs. sunflower seeds
- 3-4 pitted dates, cut
- 2 Tbs. whole wheat pastry flour
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- ½ tsp. orange zest, optional
- ½ tsp. cinnamon substitute
- ½ tsp. lecithin granules, optional
