Spanish Scrambled Tofu

​Crumble:
1 lb. of drained water pack tofu into a frying pan.
​
Then add the following ingredients:
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 T. mock chicken seasoning
  • 2 T. nutritional yeast
  • 1 T. dried chives
  • 1 T. dried onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. dried minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
Cook on medium-low heat until dry.
Then add the following:
  • 1 ½ T. water
  • Handful of chopped olives
  • 2 medium chopped tomatoes
  • ½ chopped red pepper
  • ½ chopped yellow pepper
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then add before you serve:
  • 1 T. dried parsley ​​
