SPARE RIBS
You will need a frozen tofu for this recipe.
Place a water packed package of tofu in your freezer overnight. Then take out and let thaw. You can do this in a bowl of cool water. This process allows the tofu to become
spongy in texture.
Once thawed take out of the package and gently squeeze out as much excess water as possible. Putting the tofu between your hands and gently applying pressure.
Now you need to cut the tofu into ½” strips.
Place the following ingredients in a blender and cream:
Baste the strips with this and place in a parchment lined casserole dish.
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 25-30 minutes, turning half-way.
These can be used on pizzas, sandwiches, or just by themselves. Delicious!

- 1 T. paprika
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/3 cup water
