TOMATO, CUCUMBER and AVOCADO SALAD
 
Put the following into a large bowl: 
  • 6 Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 English Cucumbers cut into bite size pieces
  • 3 Medium Avocadoes cut into bite size pieces
Then mix all together.
Drizzle 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice (fresh squeezed) over the Salad and gently mix. (This 
will keep the avocadoes from browning.)
Then add: 
  • 2 teaspoons of onion powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of basil
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 more Tablespoon of lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
Mix all together.
Seasonings will depend on the size of your salad; you may need to increase or decrease 
seasonings accordingly.
Refrigerate until your meal​
