TOMATO, CUCUMBER and AVOCADO SALAD
Put the following into a large bowl:
Drizzle 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice (fresh squeezed) over the Salad and gently mix. (This
will keep the avocadoes from browning.)
Then add:
Seasonings will depend on the size of your salad; you may need to increase or decrease
seasonings accordingly.
Refrigerate until your meal
Put the following into a large bowl:
- 6 Diced Tomatoes
- 2 English Cucumbers cut into bite size pieces
- 3 Medium Avocadoes cut into bite size pieces

Then add:
- 2 teaspoons of onion powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons of minced garlic
- 1 ½ teaspoons of salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons of basil
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 more Tablespoon of lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
