TRAIL MIX BARS
In a bowl mix the following together:
Heat ¾ cup of honey for 3-5 minutes or until it boils. Boil for 1 minute. Stirring.
Then add to the honey:
Stir until the butter melts.
Pour the heated mixture over the bowl and mix together.
Then press into a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Let this cool in the refrigerator.
Cut in squares and chill or freeze for later.
In a bowl mix the following together:
- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- 3 cups of dextrinized rolled oats (to dextrinize-place oats in a 300֯ F. oven for 20 minutes)
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- 1 ½ cups of raisins
- ¼ - ½ cup carob powder (optional)
- ⅛ cup hulled sesame seeds

- 1 T. vanilla

Pour the heated mixture over the bowl and mix together.
