Whole Food Tomato Sauce

Put the following in a stock pot and let soak for 10 minutes:
     • 4 Tbsp. Onion Flakes
     • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Flakes
     • 1/3 cup Water
     • 1 Tbsp. (per can of Tomatoes) Olive Oil

After Soaking, Sauté’ above mixture

Add the following to the sauté’ mixture:
     • 4 cans (28oz.) Crushed Tomatoes 
*Note: If using Diced Tomatoes – add 2 – 6 oz. cans of Tomato Paste to this recipe
              (In food processor blend 2 cans & 1 tom. Paste at a time)
     • 2 tsp. Sea Salt (depending on tomatoes may need more)
     • 2 tsp. Basil
     • 1 tsp. Oregano
     • ¼ cup Honey
     • 2 tsp. Onion Powder

Let simmer for 45 minutes
